Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! Simply email us and we will give you a shipping rate! Please be aware that we do not pay for customs fees, if any.
What is your returns policy?
As of right now all sales are final. Unless the wrong size tee was bought. In this case, an exchange will take place. The buyer is responsible for return shipping ($10 each way) and the shirt must be unworn or washed. Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be sent out! Or you can choose free pick up from our Orlando location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We hand make all of our items! So, processing times will be 3-5 days! For shirts will be 3-5 days unless they're preordered. If preordered will be shipped in 2-3 weeks due to ordering new shirts and having them printed! Epoxy Tumblers take at least a week to make, if we don't have any ready to ship we will have to make them, so prepare for 7-9 days until shipped. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on customs. Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline. What are Pre-Order items?
Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days (depending on where the item is shipping from)
